- Your private order page (the link in our emails) has an AI receptionist on every step: ask a question, request a change, or leave a note for the team.
- Billing: the "Manage billing" link on your order page shows your plan and invoices, lets you update your card, and lets you cancel hosting.
- Replying to any of our emails also reaches us.
